This registration is for City Life Youth, and provides conference ticket, transportation, hotel, and food costs for the weekend. 

CLY (City Life Youth) will be attending Home Church Youth (HCY) Conference in Red Deer, May 01-03. 

This is an incredible conference for the next generation to connect with each other and with God. This will be our sixth year attending, and every year the stories we come back with are so powerful! 

We will be leaving the church at 5:15pm SHARP on Friday May 01st. Please arrive at the church at 5:00pm. 

Registration is limited, please register at https://tithe.ly/event-registration/#/10978948 to lock in early bird pricing (135$ before  April 15th)
Any tickets after Apr 15 will be $165 - Registrations ENDS April 19th. 

*There is a 20$ per person discount code for families registering multiple students in the same household. Please contact a CLY Leader or email office@citylifecc.ca for the discount code. 

We are staying in hotel rooms this year, which means that we do have a deadline for registration, as we need to submit final numbers to the hotel before hand. 

All permission forms will be done on paper/pdf. Please keep watch of your email for those permission forms.

Below is a packing list of all the items we'd suggest bringing:

  • WATER BOTTLE!!!! (please bring one, we're begging you!!!) 
  • DEODORANT
  • Notebook & Bible
  • Comfortable shoes (ones you are good to wear all day long, and to participate in high-intensity activity games) 
  • Bathing suit (the hotel we're staying at has a pool!) 
  • Overnight bag for 2 night stay (PJs, toiletries, clothing for 2 days at conf) - we do not need pillows and sleeping bags, as we are in hotels.
  • Ear plugs or eye sleep masks (your bunk mates may not go to bed at the same time as you)
  • Extra money (optional! for concession and merchandise at conf)
  • Extra snacks 

**Please note: phone/ipod/ipad/tablets access will only be allowed at conference for photos and connecting - but otherwise all phones/ipods/ipads/tablets will be put away somewhere safe with a leader. Limited access to these devices includes during the bus ride and at the hotel.
